Spanish term

H. Profesional

Spanish to English Other Government / Politics
This appears in a list of public sector vacancies, specifying qualifications and type of contract. The section I'm looking at says:

"Doctorado, licenciatura, ingeniería, arquitectura o equivalente" and then
"(Laboral, Otro tipo, H. Profesional)"

Can anyone throw any light on what "H. Profesional" is? All help welcome.
TIA

Reference:

Perhaps they meant 'F. Profesional'?

The H and F keys are almost adjacent...

"Los Títulos de Formación Profesional constituyen un aspecto fundamental del desarrollo de la vigente normativa."
Note from asker:
It appears more than once so I don't think it can be a typo.
