Dies ist die Überschrift zu folgendem Absatz im Vertrag:
"The Distributor shall be responsible for and pay any and all demurrage, storage or other charges accruing after arrival of any shipment at its destination, except with respect to a shipment made in error by XXX. (...) to accept delivery of any Company Product ordered by the Distributor, the Distributor shall also pay for and bear all expenses incurred by XXX in shipping the same to the Distributor and in reshipping the same to the original shipping point or another destination, but such reshipping expenses shall not exceed the expenses of returning the part to the original shipping point."
"Haftung für Standgeld und Umleitungen"? Irgendwie kommt mir das komsich vor, das so zusammenzufassen.

lawinsider-Definitionen sind immer etwas schwer zu verstehen, da sie ja in der Fremdsprache formuliert sind: Wenn du für die Rücksendung haftest hast du die demurrage usw. automatisch dabei

Aus dem zitierten Kontext wird nur leider nicht klar, auf welche Art und Weise hier geliefert wird. Falls mit "shipment" hier tatsächlich "Verschiffung" gemeint sein sollte, wäre Liegegebühr wohl treffender als Standgeld.

Das klingt zwar nicht besonders schön, aber ist zumindest eine bedeutungstreue Übersetzung, was bei Verträgen ja immer die Hauptsache ist.
Aus dem zitierten Kontext wird nur leider nicht klar, auf welche Art und Weise hier geliefert wird. Falls mit "shipment" hier tatsächlich "Verschiffung" gemeint sein sollte, wäre Liegegebühr wohl treffender als Standgeld.

Das klingt zwar nicht besonders schön, aber ist zumindest eine bedeutungstreue Übersetzung, was bei Verträgen ja immer die Hauptsache ist.

| Die Art der Verschiffung wird hier leider nicht spezifiziert. Das kann per Schiff oder LKW sein, da die Produke aber aus den USA kommen, müssen sie sicher irgendwann auf ein Schiff. |
