its a lorem ipsum
These strange words, which have found their way into this text and don't seem to have much to do with the rest, are a bit of a filler text in Spanish known as a "lorem ipsum". In other words, by the look of it, they were put in there as a placeholder and have been left there by mistake.
On lorem ipsum, see here:

On this page you can see an example of this in a filler text in Spanish. The same paragraph is repeated several times. It's a dummy text.
"Lorem Ipsum ha sido el texto de relleno estándar de las industrias desde el año 1500, cuando un impresor (N. del T. persona que se dedica a la imprenta) desconocido usó una galería de textos y los mezcló de tal manera que logró hacer un libro de textos especimen."

And another one, this time about sailing. As you can see, they haven't got round to writing the texts yet, so they just put this dummy text in as a placeholder. It ends with the words in your question: "que logró hacer un libro de textos especimen".

In my haste I forgot the apostrophe in the answer line: it should be "it's", not "its", of course.

And I forgot the URL for the sailing website. It's:

Sorry: what I'm suggesting is that you should translate it up to "historia", then cut the rest and add a note explaining that the last eight words in the Spanish are part of a standard filler text and were evidently been left by mistake when the rest was deleted and replaced with the proper text.
