Orientalix är ett företag som bedriver översättningsverksamhet från orientaliska språk. Det drivs av mig Linus Olsson, facköversättare från flera av Mellanösterns språk och sedan 2011 av Kammarkollegiet auktoriserad translator nr 827 från persiska.

Sedan 1995 har jag studerat orientaliska språk, och 2008 började jag med översättning, och har sedan dess lyckats bli auktoriserad i ett av mina språk – persiska – men fler auktorisationer är att vänta!

Tidigare kallade jag företaget Orientalix och öppnade kontor i Uppsala.

Persian (I am a sworn translator into Swedish) SWORN/AUTHORISED TRANSLATOR FROM PERSIAN
Tajik (a variety of Persian, written in the Cyrillic alphabet, and spoken in Tajikistan)
Dari (a variety of Persian that is used in Afghanistan besides Pashto)
Azerbaijani (a Turkic language, spoken by a large minority in Iran, and also the official language of the Republic of Azerbaijan)
Turkish (I have learned this language through Azerbaijani which is closely related)
Arabic (I have been studying this language on and off for about 10 years, and more intensely over the last 5 years. I have good knowledge of Modern Standard Arabic and several colloquial dialects)
English (I am an educated English Teacher)
Swedish (native language)
Sorani (Central Kurdish)
