The nuance of the Japanese expression, まとまり話, suggests that the contents of the speech and the conversation should be logical and full of content.

monologue
How about "monologue?" According to my dictionary, one definition is: "a prolongued talk or discourse by a single speaker."
Other alternatives could be discourse or speech.

: There's also soliloquy, narrative etc., but for contrast against dialogue it has to be monologue.

Linguistically, "discourse" is a chunk of sentenses. In the area of "discourse analysis", researchers focus on the behavior of language at the intra-sentential level. This term is translated as "談話" in Japanese.
For your specific example, "monologue" can also be used. This term is compared with "dialogue", in which the activities are done between interlocutors. "monologue" is often translated as "独話", and "dialogue" is "対話".
Recently, a term like "storytelling" has been used in linguistics, in particular, in sociolinguistics. This term is often translated as "語り".
For these three terms, "discourse" is the most general terms to represent your question.
