This is the wording used on the English version of the Ascentive site. Though I think it's more likely a more specific term (scan/review/check) would be used depending on context.

neutral Jse-Eng : The wording on the English webpage David found is actually "click the Review Now button" (did you write "Confirm Now" by mistake, David??), & I think that is the best wording in this context, which is reviewing the threats to a computer found by the scan.

I included "review" as a more specific option in the answer but think "confirm" is better for Kudoz as the question is for 確認.

press "confirm" button now

[今すぐ確認] is not a single word. It means "press CONFIRM button now". Or "click CONFIRM now". [今すぐ] is "now" (adverb).

disagree Jse-Eng : Actually, in this case, 「今すぐ確認」 is the name of the button. Check the link Joshua gave in the question to see this. (There is a picture of the button in step 4.)
