Japanese term

t期における第i財の第j番目の品質特性、第k期の年次ダミー、誤差項

Japanese to English Bus/Financial Economics
The full sentence is ここで、xijt、dikt、uit はそれぞれt期における第i財の第j番目の品質特性、第k期の年次ダミー、誤差項を意味している。

This is an explanation of a formula used in an hedonic analysis of price index.
n T
(ln Pit = α + ∑βj ln xijt +∑δk dikt + uit)
j=1 k=1

My attempt is this:
Here, xijt, dikt and uit denote i property’s jth quality characteristic, year dummy for k time period and the error term, respectively, over t time period.

Any help would be appreciated!

the jth attribute of asset i at time t, year dummy for period k, and error term

"In the equation, xijt, dikt, and uit denote the jth attribute of asset i at time t, year dummy for period k, and error term, respectively."

The use of "at time t" is more common than saying "over t time period" in this context, at least in economics and finance academic journals.

I used "attribute", but "quality characteristic" is totally fine.

I hope this helps. :)
