半勘合=not fitting properly, loose fitting, not matching
YOMIKATA=han(半) kangou(勘合)
勘合 can be written as 嵌合 as well.
Regarding other questions, I wonder if 未結 is a mistake of 未決. 締結=conclusion, contract. Translation for these words can be found easily.
