It is for the kind information of Mr. FAZAL WAHAB and Madame Qudsia Lone that using the word برائے with مہربانی is considered to be wrong Urdu. It should be براہِ .....

For Qudsia Lone, I don't know about the others but, honestly, I have heard this rule for the first time "ghalat-ul-aam sahi hay" cited by you. In this way all the fundamental principles of linguistics will be nullified, if we allow this illogical explanation in order to support any word which is considered to be basically wrong. It is no argument that a word which has frequently been used wrongly, should be entered in the Lughat as a right word for the sake of 'evolution' of a language. Mr Kamran and other veterans are invited to comment please.

Urdu Language embodies civility and culturedness in its very make-up. English doesn't. For example, the word "please" is of necessity to be added in English to differentiate the feeling that the sentence is not an order but a request or suggestion. The literal word for "please" doesn't need to incorporated in the Urdu text too. Literal translation will render the Urdu expression poor.

Word "please" used to express polite speach tone in English, where as in Urdu common speach, helping verb word "Aaieye" is expressing the same, so that "Az Rah ey Karam" can be ignored to make the sentence a slogan style.

[Izaat sey] =(with) respect
[peash Aaeiye] = [teat]

: I don't agree with the translation, but I like your suggestion of taking out the "Please" part since "Aayiyay" conveys that respect. Btw, Attiya Khan objected to "rawadaari" not to the "azraah-e-karam" part.

This is a combination of the proposed translations with a minor addition. I think this takes the best of the proposed translations and comines it in a simple and understadable sentence which is better suited for a slogan.
Please add the 'hamza' on the first and last word. I'm having problems with my keyboard.

I used براے مہربانی, instead of براہ مہربانی because it is more commonly used.
It is not a spelling mistake, please check your Urdu Lughat and you'll find it in there. There is a general rule that "ghalat-ul-aam sahi hay"...what becomes popular becomes accepted. This is how language evoloves.
Please add the 'hamza' on the first and last word. I'm having problems with my keyboard.

: You have a spelling mistake it should be براہ مہربانی instead of براے مہربانی, normally non-native Urdu make this mistake. Please refer the note of Mr. Aburiaz that is sufficient, please DO NOT play with the language by making you OWN rules.

This is not a spelling mistake. Please read my explanation. The spellings are present in current URDU DICTIONARIES which I did not write. The rule I mentioned is also a GENERAL rule, not a personal one that I made up.
