这里应该是说“控股权”，一个股东如果直接/间接股权超过50%，那么就是控股股东；但还有一种情况，就是大家都是小股东，都不到“控股”所需的最低控股比例（比如25%），那么就可以另行用一个文件（controlling document)规定控股权。
