This is the TITLE of a recipe; I am having problem
to understand what "Crab_Conscious" suppose to mean? And I know the meaing of Caper, but the name is too long to fit into a Recipe Title!
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

carbohydrate in Chinese is 碳水化合物. If you say carb-conscious, it means to say low in carbohydrate content.
I'll suggest : 低碳水化合物。

carbohydrate when broken down to simplest form is glucose (sugar). if you find the suggested term too long, you can also use low-sugar 低糖， but it's a little bit far from the original word and low-sugar tend to attract diabetes patients rather than dieters.
I'll suggest : 低碳水化合物。
