Název smlouvy "smlouva o výkonu funkce". Uzavírá se mezi zaměstnancem obchodní společnosti a obchodní společností, jde de facto o manažerskou smlouvu. Klient mi vnucuje termín "management agreement", ale to mi nesedí, to je snad spíše "provozní smlouva", nebo ne?
