In an article regarding transferring ownership of a business, there is a part describing Leveraged Buyouts and Owner Buyouts. Here we are talking about the financial sponsor and I'm not sure what is meant by "intervenir au capital" (I don't usually translate anything finance-related, but this is a very small part of a much bigger translation).
Here is the sentence: "Le capital-investisseur pourra intervenir au capital et sous forme d’obligations convertibles"
