German term
Wegschaffung

Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
"If the purchaser is late with payment, we may retrieve our goods withour further notice. Should it be necessary to access the purchaser's premises to retrieve the goods, it is already agreed that the purchaser will grant us access in such cases and that we will have the right to remove the delivered goods from the purchaser's premises."
German T&C. I'm having trouble establishing how the final sentence links up with the preceding two. I've come up with: "If goods are still stored at our premises, we can prohibit the purchaser from removing the delivered goods". This doesn't make much sense to me.

removal
I see your problem - it is hard to see the point of "geliefert" here. Two possibilities occur to me - a) the word is simply there in error or b) the "wir" of the text is an intermediary who has had the goods supplied to him by someone else and is selling them on to the Käufer mentioned.
Basically your translation is entirely correct, and I would point out the problem to the client.

we can prevent the buyer from removing the goods
In case the goods are still stored on our premises, we can/may/have the right (to) prevent the buyer from removing them.
I'd make it that simple and ON the premises.

As to gelieferte Ware: In case the delivered goods...
Why delivered? Because there is a term of delivery called ex works whereby the goods are deemed delivered, but physically are still on the seller's premises.
