1. Working residencies for professional literary translators from EU Member States and Associated States. Deadline for applications, 31 January 2005. Stipend of € 1,050.
2. Grant to support translators starting their literary translation career. Stipend of € 525, for 4-week working residencies between January and December 2005. Applications may be sent in as of this writing.
3. Grants for 4-week working residencies for literary translators 2005. Stipend of € 1,022. Applications may be sent in as of this writing.

Other News
The North Rhine Westphalia Arts Foundation Award for 2005 (in the amount of € 25,000) shall go to a literary translator from Denmark, Finland, Norway or Sweden. Applications are open up to the 1st November. The jury's decision will be announced in March 2005. ▲ Collapse
