Valued at the total amount of the invoice issued to the consignee of the insured shipment (including all charges invoiced therein), plus all charges not included in such invoice, including any prepaid or advanced or guaranteed freight, if any, plus 10% until declared and then at the amount declared, provided such declaration is made prior to any known or reported loss or accident, but in no event to be less than the foregoing.
Jewelry to be valued at selling price, however, not to exceed C.I.F. plus 30%.
In regards to employee household goods, unless a superseding basis of valuation appears hereafter, this Company shall not be liable beyond cost to repair or replace the Insured property with material of like kind and quality.
Drop shipments valued at retail selling price less unincurred expenses.
Used goods, merchandise and machinery insured under this policy shall be valued at the actual cost to The Insured to replace same with an item of like kind and quality, but if not replaced, then (i) at the actual cash value of the item as determined by an independent surveyor appointed by The Insured or (ii) at the book value of the item as maintained in the accounting records of the Insured, whichever is higher.

Los envíos directos del fabricante/mayorista al cliente/detallista son avaluados de acuerdo al precio de venta al detalle menos los gastos no previstos.
Los productos usados, mercadería y maquinaria asegurados bajo esta póliza serán avaluados al costo actual para el Asegurado para reemplazar con un articulo igual o similar en calidad, pero en caso de no ser reemplazado, (i) el avalúo actual en efectivo del articulo será como lo determine un perito independiente designado por el Asegurado o (ii) según el libro de avalúos del articulo tal como se ha mantenido en los registros del Asegurado, prevaleciendo el que tenga un valor mas alto
