Job Description

The Content Reviewer provides curriculum direction and support to build the best instructional materials template library in the world through one of the most crucial aspects of a design: its content.
You'll be working closely with a vibrant and friendly team consisting of content creators, copy editors, and graphic designers. This is an opportunity to strategize and develop exceptional ideas from the ground up, influence the product's overall direction, and create fresh, relevant, and usable content for teachers and students.


Who You Are

● You are an experienced curriculum expert who have successfully developed content for grades K to 12.
○ Must have a solid academic background.
○ A master's degree or higher is preferred.
● Must be fluent in the target language (Bahasa) and English.
● You have deep familiarity with the respective National Standards (Indonesia) and how they connect to the instructional materials we create to ensure we are giving clear directions to the content creators and can stand behind the decisions to the client.
● You have a growth mindset.
● You understand copyright and plagiarism for content.


What You’ll Do (responsibilities)

● Ensure the assets delivered by the content creators are written clearly, are engaging, age-appropriate, and interactive while clearly aligned back to the skills and specified learning objectives
● Hands-on copy reviewing, editing, and some creation (e.g., exemplars, or if we're missing content to meet a deadline) across content categories such as presentations, brochures, cards, infographics, and more based on the curriculum mapping plans
● Review the copy created by our team of content creators weekly, as well as create copy briefs, distribute assignments, provide feedback, and monitor their progress
● Champion all client requirements and ensure all our weekly deliverables are reviewed on time
● Improve style and tone in copy delivery every week and inform new style guides as and when needed for our swiftly growing content library
● Ensure adherence to the quality standards provided by the client
● Advanced content development skills
● Ability to design instructional and assessment content
● Keen eye for correct grammar, spelling, and style consistencies
● Excellent grasp of the local language - technically strong with a flair for either structured or creative style of writing
● Ability to multitask effectively and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
● Ability to use online meeting software, such as Zoom and Google Meetings
● Ability to work seamlessly on the client platform
● Ability to query issues and communicate effectively with team members
