I am asking for your help again. I am translating a Mexican academic transcript, there is this paragraph in the back it reads:

"... por delegación de facultades efectuadas a su favor por el Director General de Normatividad..."

I don't know how to translate "Director General de Normatividad." I'm doing my research, but I could use some help. How do you translate this position in Canada? Greetings!

Formular los Reglamentos por materia de la Universidad, coordinando sus actividades con las autoridades unipersonales y funcionarios;
Apoyar a las entidades académicas de la Universidad en la elaboración o actualización de sus Reglamentos Internos;
Analizar la legislación universitaria;
Formular los informes sobre legislación y gobierno ante instancias externas;
Difundir y coordinar la publicación de la legislación universitaria en la Gaceta y en la página Web de la Universidad;
Formular los Acuerdos del Rector; y
Las demás que señale la legislación universitaria.

Asker: Most the transcripts I translate don't have this box with a long text in the back but this transcript does. This transcript was issued nine years in Mexican state of Chihuahua, it has a piece of paper attached to it which is the box with a long text which pretty much certifies the signature of a person who gave the approval. Now, I don't want to bore you with the details but I am going to share anyway, hopefully someone will help me with this: "A nombre del Poder Ejecutivo Del Estado de Chihuahua, la suscrita Jefa del Departamento de Análisis Jurídicos dependiente de la Dirección General, por delegación de facultades efectuadas a su favor por el DIRECTOR GENERAL DE NORMATIVIDAD, con fundamento en los artículos 12 y 25 fracción X de la Ley Órganica del Poder Ejecutivo del Estado, en relación con lad facultades ortogadas a esa Dirección General, en términos del artículo 37 fracción IX, del Reglamento Interior de la Secretaría General de Gobierno del Estado de Chihuahua, certifica la autenticidad de la(s) firma(s) de la C. XXXXX XXXXXX XXXXX Jefe del Departamento de Certificación e Incorporación de la Secretaría de Educación, Cultura y Deporte."
