Intellectual property rights?
I am not sure but it seems to me that intellectual property rights correspond well with Åndsverk - am not sure this is the same as Copyright laws.

: I have sometimes seen this Act referred to as the "Intellectual Propert Act". However, the English translation of the Act uses the term "copyright" in its title as opposed to "intellectual property rights".

: intellectual property is far wider than copyright and includes: patents, heraldic crests, passing-off actions, registered designs and now 'smells, flavo(u)rs and scents'. The Nor. Act doesn't seem to cover these.
