Norwegian term

Innetakst

Norwegian to English Bus/Financial Insurance
Dette beskriver et forsikringsområde, men utover at det dreier seg om forsikring ift bygning/bolig *og* løsøre (og at det ikke er det samme som "Bygningstakst") har jeg ingen annen kontekst.

Er takknemlig for innspill!

off site valuation

Så fant jeg likevel et uttrykk som muligens kan være brukbart på engelsk.

Dette er en takst som utføres uten at takstmannen besøker objektet. Han gjør det bare *inne* på sitt kontor.

interior appraisal

See first link for a Norwegian use of "innetakst" by an insurance consultant (might be your source?). The context indicates appraisal services are involved. Second link is Google results for "interior appraisal".
Example sentence:

The old 2055 form could be completed as a driveby or an interior appraisal. The new form is designed for drivebys only. To write up an interior inspection on this form would be considered misleading[.]

Note from asker:
Tusen takk for innspill!
Peer comment(s):

disagree Leif Henriksen : Sorry, but is is the opposite. 'Innetakst' means a valuation done without visiting the site - 'inne på kontoret', based on whatever information is available. But I am afraid I do not have good English expression for this - I'll leave it up to you natives!
