It'd be good to find out what standard phrase is used in the UK when addressing the Queen. But otherwise, this is a suggestion based on the standard formula used by members of the Bar when addressing the Bench in the Judiciary in Singapore, which is based on the UK legal system. When a lawyer rises to address the Judge, he begins with "May it pleases Your Lordship/Your Honour" and "With your indulgence, My Lord/Sir". I think it makes a good template.
If you're doing subtitles and need to be concise, you can just use one-half of the formula, "With Your indulgence, Sire" or "With Your Majesty's indulgence".
