What is "2乗積分バッファ"?

電源オン中、かつ計測中、かつ計測精度切り替え時、サンプリングレート毎に2乗積分バッファをゼロクリアすること。

This is just simple translation which is a combination of square and integral buffer.

Yes double integral and square integral are very different. Double integral in Japanese would be 二重積分。

I think you might have missed something when dividing clauses in the sentences.
[2乗積分バッファ] shall not be a phrase for translation as [バッファ] is the objects for the verb phrase that follows it [ゼロクリアすること]. [を] is to link between Object and Verb.
So I think it shall be like: For each sampling rate, double press the buffer (button ?!) to make it cleared to zero.
