I see this online as both 青黄銅 and 青・黄銅. I think it's not "not brass and not bronze" but "both brass and bronze". (Same as 土日曜日).
If there are multiple items involve then probably some are brass and some are bronze, although the use of both metals for different parts is possible.

bronze and brass
I think this is simply referring to both bronze and brass collectively. You might see a dot in between more often, but it means the same thing without it.
