Answering your question, the benchmark to test the program is to find the 3000th prime number. I would say "prime number" or "prime" (same meaning). Not "factor" in this one.

Regarding the context, it is regarding a quantitative test for a computer program. "1つ目のベンチマークprimeは3000番目の素数を求めるもので、” Which do you suspect it would be in this context?
