This is from the marketing department of a pharmaceutical company. The product in question is for rheumatoid arthritis.
I have found one source defining this as clinics with a large number of patients (「高市場先」とよばれる患者数の多いクリニックなどでは、...), but I wonder if that is too specific and if it might be being used more generally - something like 'a large share of the market'?
