コラ!が訛ったものでは?
2ch語の一種でしょうか。
相手を叱り、非難する表現だと私は理解しています。
You!
How dare!
の類でしょうか。
だから、「音」ではないのでは?
Are you sure it's a noise?

なるほど。
私に誤解があったようですね? それでも上記に書いたことは関係があるように思います。ので、ご参考になりましたら幸いです。

Grrr! Grrr! Grrraaaghhhh!
This is so funny, I've got to give it a try. A car alignment went bad during a high-speed driving?

Putt! Putt! Splutter
Just another thought based on your added notes.
Perhaps the car sounded like it was running into a bit of engine trouble(?)
The ゴ!ゴ!ゴラァァァァ! could sound a bit like a coughing, spluttering sound.

Vroom! Vroom! Vroooom!
If the car is showing itself off, then perhaps we need a sound that makes it seem strong?
If though the car is trying to show itself off but is not as tough as it wants us to believe, then something less impressive is needed, such as perhaps:
"Clunkety clunk clunk BAM!"
like the engine's about to overheat and explode or something.

Discussion
Thanks for your answers.
It's not really possible for me to choose an answer until I get some feedback from the client, and even then it doesn't really mean that anyone is more "right" than anyone else.....anway, I'll get back to you after I get a reply from the client.
Cheers!
I spoke with a Japanese friend, whose first impresssion was that it was another way to say koraaaa! like the 不良 boys say down in Shibuya.
However, the bit about noise -って何の音??- was in the original text, and is not something I wrote. Do you think it means something like "Why is the car going nuts and making such a boisterous noise"?
I should mention that the text is about a car that is driving wildly down the raod, smashing off walls and kind of showing off how aggressive it can be.
Thanks in advance!
