Cheek color or blush

"Blush" would be fine by itself, too. Just throwing this out in case you want to elaborate; I'd also recommend this if you use "makeup base or foundation" in the previous item, for consistency of style.

Blush or Rouge

I would say "blush" if it is in powder form or "rouge" if it is in cream form.
