Sentence: 生理食塩水で溶液を洗いだし100 mlに定容した。

Could someone help? I am not sure what the most appropriate term is for "定容". I found "constant volume" on the internet, but I am not sure how to use this. Thank you for your time!

I think you should put the translated sentence in past tense, since that's how it is in original...
