What does 部門長付 mean? It is weird that of a huge list of names, only this one name has 付 after it. No other titles have 付 after them.

課長島耕作（Do you know?）が課長付島耕作となるように。

: ただ、リストにある安部副部門長が佐藤部門長付かというと疑問です。下の発表者に再度｢佐藤部門長付」が出てくる時に、安部副部門長とする方が自然ではないかと思うからです。

確かにそうですね。安部副部門長、**佐藤部門長付**、と「、」で区切られていることからもそう言えますよね。**は、NOTEの意味で付けられているのでしょう。ありがとうございました。
