プール計算 for "pool accounting" should be appropriate as I found this on "Eijiro". Although my Nikkei BP dic. says it is "Pool kaikei". In any evernt, your quote is about deividend's fair ratio according to invetstment. C is not happy being asked 50% costs of DD as expected dividend is only 25%. So C is requesting (I guess) that pool accounting be practiced, hoping end result shall bring him more fairness.
