Not sure if this means that the 125,000 euros should be deposited when the application is SUBMITTED or when it is APPROVED/TAKEN UP/ACCEPTED... I would expect that the former is the case but it occured to me that it could be on acceptance of an application.
Could anyone clarify?

That's my reading of it; whether the order is for construction of a building, purchase of a car or establishment of a fund portfolio, I'd say this would fit. IOW, as a sort of evidence of good faith.

Aufsetzen des Teilfonds 10.000 EUR up front für die Gestaltung des Teilfondsprospektes sowie die CSSF.
Ein Mindestbetrag von 125.000 EUR ist auf einem Treuhandkonto bei Auftragserteilung zu hinterlegen. Verzinsung zum aktuellen Festgeldsatz. Umbuchung nach Errichtung des Fonds.
Das Mindestvolumen von insges. 2,5 Mio. Euro ist innerhalb eines Jahres in den Fonds einzubringen.
Die Fondsanteile im Depot des Kunden bei uns werden gebührenfrei verwahrt.
