The previously asked question of "takki auki" and this "komiasti" give similar connotations to me. South Ostrobothnians are renowned for their arrogance and self-will. The "häjys" of old times were a rogue examples of this. They certainly came to harass parties in "jackets open" manner, although some people might found their behaviour and looks being "komiaa". For me "takki auki" means that the person does not resign himself to following the conventional "buttoned up" business dressing code and behaviour.
