''' چنانچہ یہ واضح ہے کہ جدیدیت کے مختلف بیانات میں ایک خُلقی (یا پکا ؟) تضاد ہے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
The meaning of 'discourses' here being 'بیانات' .
Its meaning as a verb will be as under:
گفتگو یا بات چیت کرنا، بحث ومباحثہ کرنا، تذکرہ لکھنا، رسالہ مرتب کرنا، اظہار خیال کرنا، تلقین عام کرنا
