I want to know whether it is appropriate to use the above term as dastAvez in Urdu in the following context. I also wish to ascertain what is the plural of dastAvez. Whether it is dastAvetAt or dastAvez serves the purpose of singular as well as plural.

Please go through the following sentence:

It has been mentioned in the documents

Whether it is correct to say here - iskA dastAvezo(n) mein zikr kiya gaya ho OR whether we should use dastAvezAt OR dastAvez? I need to know it. Thanks in anticipation.
