ٰIn fact every law in a country which is there in the constitution of a country should be a 'contitutional law' as such.
But the term 'Constitutional Law' is specifically used for the basic law of a country which determines the ideologies of a country, the basic principles of its internal administrtaion and the boundaries of the rights and duties between its various departments. All the laws follow the bounds set by the Constitutional Law. If a law is not in conformity with the Constitutional Law, it will be considered to be extinct due to its lack of coherence and deflection.

Note from asker:
With 'constitutional law' I mean the field of law which deals with the constitution and not the constitution itself. Does your translation mean the same? |

آئینی قانون
This term distinguishes a forced law from a law approved through a properly defined procedure
Note from asker:
It seems to me that this translation means a single bill and not a field of law? But I need the field of law. |

: You translation is perfectly alright, but the same translation was done by Mr. Aburiaz. So this is against the rules to repeat the same translation. You MUST agree to the translation already submitted in this case. Thanks
