English term (edited): new boy on the block

Although the original idiom, "new kid on the block" usually refers to persons, in this context it is the foundation of property through privatization. To convey the tongue-in-cheek feel of this idiom in the original context, I would suggest using "(az) új találmány" i.e. "(the) new invention". Alternatively, új szereplő (new player), új módszer (new method) might work as well. Definitely avoid translating boy/kid (fiú/kölyök) literally (in this context). I don't think it's necessary to use parentheses or quotation marks.
