ez egy cím a szövegben (a dán és a brit gazdaságról szól ez a rész) és igazából az idézőjelet nem nagyon tudom kezelni:
"opt-out" országok nem jó
"kívülmaradó" országok? - akkor minek az idézőjel
a "kívülmaradási opciót" választó országok? - még ez a legjobb talán, de veszettül hosszú (bár hely speciel van)
Ti mit választanátok? Van valami ügyes megoldás erre?

Well I don't understand any Hungarian, neither I' ve understood which language translation you work with. Anyway, "opt-out" is not Latin at all. It's English. It means: a) when a goup chooses not to join a system or accept an agreement ("an opt-out clause"/"the government's opt-out on the euro"...). Or it may mean when some organization chooses to control its own money instead of being controlled by local government
