I stand corrected. In this context and after reviewing the official Diversity Icebreaker 'About' section, I can see there are two types of Icebreaker - a questionnaire and a workshop. This doesn't mean however that they refer to the official registered trademark workshop -"The concept is easy to use for consultants and facilitators; easy to understand for participants; and scientifically validated. A typical Diversity Icebreaker workshop lasts between one to one-and-one-half hours and is typically conducted for groups of anywhere from 9 to 200 participants."

In this context I would change my response to:
סדנה לשבירת הקרח
and maybe add Diversity Workshop in brackets with the capitalization helping to clarify that this is an industry standard term (and perhaps even the registered trademark itself).

@Haggai Suissa Thank you. However, this is a survey questionnaire. The full paragraph provided as context is: "The scores you obtain at the end are meant to be used during a Diversity Icebreaker conducted by a competent facilitator". Which I understand is a meeting for that purpose precisely, i.e. "to break the ice". The text itself does not mention "bridging cultural gaps" and, IMHO, diversity can stem from various different reasons, not necessarily cultural - socioeconomic, gender, age, etc.
