Discussion

Thanks, Iris, for trying, and Shai, for your 'second opinion' which confirms Pnina's answer for me.
Shai Navé Jul 11, 2009:
Encore = מהדורה מעודכנת/מחודשת/שנייה As I see it, encore in this context means a second and updated version of the same content. It doesn't mean an additional, independent publication that is built upon and add to the previous one, but specifically updated and current version of a previous content that renders the previous version obsolete. For example, an article that a couple of years later is updated (still deals with the same subject, by the same person, with the same goals) reflecting some scientific advancements that changed the author's perspective, added some significant scientific value, etc.<br>This might be an option in light of the context and the theme of the text (which I'm not fully aware of).
irisgr Jul 11, 2009:
encore in frech=more, in english= an extra performance of a musical piece
irisgr Jul 11, 2009:
Does the word "encore" appears somewhere else in the text? Could it be a trademark?
Doron Greenspan MITI (asker) Jul 11, 2009:
The source sentence: "You should declare authorship of peer-reviewed, non-peer-reviewed, and/or encore scientific disclosures."
"Disclosures" in the sense of
פרסומים.
irisgr Jul 11, 2009:
