When a business entity contributes assets (money or in kind) to the capital of another entity this is called capital contribution - truma lahon or תרומה להון. Your sentence says that the contributing company gets a certain interest for its contribution like in a loan agreement and only after this payment is completed the receiving entity is paying out dividends ans some such.

: hon nifr'a is paid up capital. It has to do with shares issued and paid up by the shareholders. not exactly the same thig.
