biliary drain is positioned through the stricture. Second, the transhepatic tract is accessed through the routine
transhepatic approach (a lateral incision is placed between the 10th and 11th intercostal space, then punctured
upwards under fluoroscopy aiming at the 9th or 10th vertebral body).
