A few years ago, China combined the State Administration for Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine (国家出入境检验检疫局) and the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision (国家质量技术监督局) to form the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ).

AQSIQ has a list of local entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureaus in the Chinese version of its website.

I think ‘China Exit and Entry Inspection and Quarantine Bureau’ either refers to local entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureaus in China or the previous State Administration for Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine.

其实中国的出入境检验检疫局跟楼上的中国出入境检验检疫局基本上差不多，我考虑加个“的”，在上述两个情况下估计都不会落人话柄，因为source term 不是正式的英文官名。
