The receivable is further covered by the WAIVER described in 1.5 in the version in Annex 2 and in the AGREEMENT ON CREDIT PERIOD described in 5.1 in the version in Annex 3, and the WAIVER AGREEMENT and AGREEMENT ON CREDIT PERIOD continue to exist at the time of the purchase offer.
