| je pense que le mot clé ici est <i>from</i> - qui indique donc la « direction » de la cession. C'est ce que j'indiquais dans la dernière note de ma réponse. En effet, en retournant la phrase pour mieux la comprendre, on aurait qchose comme <i>XXX, Inc. assigned the contested registration to the Registered Proprietor</i>, <i>to</i> étant le contraire de <i>from</i> mais du coup confirme la partie « destinataire ». Le seul truc qui me chiffonne, c'est que je ne trouve aucun exemple de la structure <i>to take assignment of... from...</i>. Élisabeth, le texte source est-il de bonne qualité ? Possibilité qu'il ait été écrit par une personne dont l'anglais n'est pas la langue maternelle ? Coquille bizarroïde ? Je crois qu'une demande d'éclaircissement à votre client s'impose... |
