"dynamic mask" is a product name specifically for a device developed by Sebia. As such, it is not surprising that it has limited currency.
However, according to Sebia, it has more functions that just shielding samples from light. (See ref.) So, "遮罩" may not capture all that it can do.
I think “动态遮罩” is good enough / sufficient as a literal translation.
