ensemble=整体效果

Ensemble also has the meaning that all the parts of anything taken together so that each part is considered only in relation to the whole; the general effect of a whole work of art etc.
所以这里应该是要创造一种具有美好建筑风格的整体效果 之类的

thanks Lai an! But general and effect have bunches of meanings. what you googled is just part of them. i.e. general=大体的,全体的,全面的etc; effect=效果,作用,影响,印象etc. So i think we could also translate it into "整体的效果/概观"
