Dear Mr. Mohammad
This term and a like could be translated in many ways; I mean we do not have to stick the form. As a translator you have to communicate the idea and the meaning confidently and honestly. Why should we always insist on providing resources? I believe that doing translation to a large extent is a pregnant job with creation.
Here are some suggestions:
To outweigh the the other pan of the scale (adherence to the context / form).
Idea and meaning
- To bring about the situation to the right path.
- To force / impose favorable conditions.
- To change the whole current setting to the better
