Nesrin
: well done! Apparently, Borgerhout and Turnhout are towns around Antwerp. But there's no trace of a name of a company comprising these 3 names. I think there may be some misunderstanding in the Arabic document.

: After some looking myself. I can confirm Eurasian (Nesrin), Borgerhout a town within Antwerp region in Flemish Belgium, Turnhout a city close to Antwerp (Moushira). There is also a town within Antwerp called Seggen. Could that be your سيبان

Eurasian Borgerhout Antwerp Turnhout Seggen
I suggest your refer to the translation requester. The name looks like Eurasian (company or maybe N.V. or B.V. both being Dutch initials for a stock company and a limited liability company) name of place - name of place - name of place. Example Lactuel London Paris New York.
