Arabic to English Art/Literary Medical (general)

This is an illness mentioned in a Sudanese literary text.

I have asked about this term before but did not get a response. Unfortunately, there is not much context to go on. All I know is that it is an illness that may affect one's fertility (but this is not certain as it is lumped in with a list of other diseases that include cholera and syphilis).
