This term is a bit puzzling in the context where it appears (numerous times in this text). For instance:

الشكوى المقدمة بأن طرح المناقصة بمرادف لا ينتج محليا

مواسيرخرسانية سابقة الاجهاد باسطوانة صلب قطري 1200مم والمرادف بدون اسطوانة

I understand that "mooradif" usually means "equivalent" or "synonym" etc. but this does not seem to fit this context. For instance, for "mooradif la yountaj mahalliyan" (first sentence), could that be an "equivalent product" not produced locally/domestically? Thanks.
